The Gonzo Grill System is Eureka!’s most flexible, compact cook system. It functions as either a grill, griddle, or a stove, all in a single compact package. Eureka!’s engineered simmer control valve, powered by Jetboil, generates a precise, consistent cooking flame with each turn of the dial. With cast iron construction it is designed to maximize radiant heat transfer, so your food doesn’t dry out before it’s done. The reversible cast iron cooking surface switches from a griddle top to a grill surface. Use the integrated grill scraper to prevent build-up on the grill and griddle surfaces. The removable, dishwasher-safe drip tray makes for an easy clean up. Remove the cast iron cooking surface and use the recessed stove grate for boiling water and sauteing vegetables in a pot or pan. A vented steel lid is included. The JetLink output port allows for connecting of multiple Eureka! grills or stoves (sold separately), running from a single propane fuel source.
