The Flame Broiler Lever allows you to attain instant indirect heat up to 500°F and direct heat up to 1,000°F. With removable and folding shelves, a built-in spice rack and bottle opener, you’ll have all the accessories and space you need to cook. Additionally, there is a dial-in control panel that can be used with the Pit Boss meat probe to check the meat doneness without having to open the lid. The control panel can also be used to adjust the temperature and track fuel. This grill is backed by a 5-year warranty.
