Free Shipping Policy

Free standard shipping on applicable orders over $100. Exclusions do apply. This offer does not apply to express or expedited shipping options. This offer is not valid on shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or anywhere outside of the contiguous United States. This offer does not apply to oversize items shipping to rural areas. Oversize items require oversized truck freight shipping (LTL) due to size, weight, or shipping restrictions. Please allow for order processing time which varies by product followed by 3-5 business days for parcel ground deliveries to commercial addresses or 5-10 business days for home delivery to residential addresses. OVERSIZED TRUCK FREIGHT

Some products require Oversized Truck Freight or special handling via Freight Carriers. This includes products that are large/oversized or highly prone to damage. OmniOutdoorLiving.com requires that all products shipped via Oversized Truck Freight be thoroughly inspected prior to accepting shipment. The customer assumes all responsibility after accepting and signing for a shipment. Please see Oversized Truck Freight Damaged Goods policy below for a step by step guide on handling a damaged shipment or shipment requiring return.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

ALASKA AND HAWAII

Select items can ship to Alaska and Hawaii. Hazmat items, outlined below, are excluded from shipping to AK and HI.

APO/FPO, P.O. BOXES, OR U.S. TERRITORIES.

We cannot ship to APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes, or U.S. Territories.

RESTRICTED HAZARDOUS ITEMS

Certain items that are considered hazardous materials include aerosols and alcoholbased products (e.g., pressurized spray cans, mosquito repellent, etc.) and are required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by ground-only transport due to air transport restrictions and regulations. Ground transport can take anywhere from 2-8 days shipping time.

DAMAGED GOODS

For orders shipping small parcel (FedEx, UPS, USPS): In the event that your item arrives damaged, please notify our Customer Service department within 72 hours. You must retain all original packaging. A damage call tag / pick-up tag will be issued and the carrier will pick the item up for inspection and return it to us.

For orders shipping as Oversized Truck Freight (items too large to ship small parcel): At the time of delivery, before accepting and signing for the shipment, you must inspect your item(s) while the driver is present. If it is not possible to inspect each item, make a visual inspection of the items and note ANY damage, no matter how minor. You must write this on your Bill of Lading / carrier shipping document(s) as 'ITEMS DAMAGED, SUBJECT TO INSPECTION'. This is important as it protects you if a freight claim needs to be filed. If you do not follow these instructions, we cannot be held responsible for your freight claim. All truck freight claims must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

WARRANTIES & DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

Most Products we offer carry a minimum of a 30 or a 90 Day Warranty, Some manufacturers offer as long as 1 year from purchase date and some even more. Please refer to the product manual or contact the manufacturer for any warranty issues. OmniOutdoorLiving.com honors each manufacturer's warranty. Defective merchandise will be repaired or replaced as specified by the products manufacturer. Customer is responsible for return shipping and handling.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The goal of OmniOutdoorLiving.com is to provide the fastest possible service to our Customers. In order to accomplish this goal, orders are processed shortly after they are received. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order. We recommend that all customers wishing to cancel an order do so by phone as quickly as possible during our customer service phone hours.

To cancel your order, please call us toll-free at (888) 839-6206 between Monday-Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST. You may email us your request to cancel an order, however we recommend that you call your cancellation request in for the most prompt assistance.

If we were unable to cancel your order, you may call us at (888) 839-6206 to request a return once you receive your product(s).


RETURN POLICY

Please Read Thoroughly:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused and unopened item for a refund* within 30 days of receiving the order. Please keep all original packaging; items not in their original condition are not returnable.

*The following may NOT be returned for a refund:

  • All Special Order Products
  • All Clearance or Final Sale Items

Defective items cannot be returned through our standard return process. They are subject to the warranty policy of the manufacturer.

In order to receive credit, all products must be returned in the original packaging and including all original contents. All shipping costs associated with the return of the product are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, any product that has been opened and/or used cannot be returned, unless they are defective in which they are subject to the warranty policy of the manufacturer. OmniOutdoorLiving.com pays return shipping only for items shipped to you in error or received damaged. Please see below for our Return Process.

We do not accept returns at our customer service office, please ship your return to the warehouse address included in our email reply from Customer Service. We suggest shipping all goods with a carrier that provides proof of delivery as items lost or damaged in transit cannot be credited. UPS and FedEx automatically provide this. Delivery confirmation from the Post Office is available for a fee if you ship by mail. We recommend insuring every package for your own assurance. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from any refund for refused shipments of undamaged products returned to OmniOutdoorLiving.com.

If you think that there is a high possibility that you will be returning the product you are thinking of purchasing, please contact our Customer Support Team to confirm if the standard Return Policy applies.

RETURN PROCESS

The following steps will ensure a smooth return:

  1. Call our Customer Service Department toll free at (888) 839-6206 to request a return.
  2. Once your return is approved, you will be e-mailed a return authorization number and a return slip with instructions.
  3. Re-pack the parts and accessories securely in the original packaging. Product must be un-installed, complete, and in original condition.
  4. Affix your shipping label and the provided return authorization slip to the outer box or packaging. DO NOT write on the product's box or packaging as this will make your item non-returnable. Failure to include the Return Slip in the returning package can result in an additional $10 fee being deducted from the refund.
  5. Ship prepaid via your preferred method. We recommend insuring your package and obtaining delivery confirmation. Please retain your tracking number.
  6. Provide us with your return tracking number by calling (888) 839-6206 or by emailing us at hello@omnioutdoorliving.com.
  7. Please allow 7-10 business days from the date your returned product is received to our warehouse for return processing and for a credit to be issued to your credit card.
