The Dragon Fire Grill Head is designed to outlast the rest. It is built entirely out of commercial-grade 304 stainless steel, inside and out. It’s perfect for any outdoor kitchen or man cave as a built-in or on a Dragon Fire Stainless Steel Portable Cart (sold separately). The sleek radius hood glides open and closed smoothly and easily while providing a stylish appearance. Integrated halogen lights are positioned to highlight all cooking areas. Built-in blue LED lights stylishly illuminate the control knobs for grilling at night. Spit fire ignition lets you quickly and easily start up your grill with the twist of a knob. Professional-grade stainless steel cooking grids with 5/16” rods have spacing to accommodate smaller items. The 16-gauge stainless steel, self-cleaning flavor plates distribute heat evenly over the entire cooking surface and produce barbecue flavor while reducing flare-ups.
