The ECOXGEAR EcoJourney is a waterproof Bluetooth speaker integrated with a dry case that’s waterproof (IP67), drop proof, sand proof, and dirt proof. The dry case is large enough to hold your phone, tablet, keys, wallet, and more. The speakers and battery are contained in the lid of the dry case.
Featuring a 65-watt speaker output, it provides incredible sound in a portable package, while tough enough for every outdoor adventure. To provide excellent audio quality, it utilizes a 3-way speaker design with one coaxial speaker (with integrated tweeter) to handle vocals and midrange, and a dedicated woofer.
You can control all your audio without touching your phone. The integrated speakerphone microphone on the front panel allows you to answer phone calls and utilize Siri or OK Google with the EcoTalk button.
With EcoCast, you can connect up to 50 EcoJourneys (or other EcoCast capable ECOXGEAR Speakers, sold separately). EcoCast functionality is only available while using Bluetooth as your audio source, and at a maximum range of 30-feet between speakers. EcoCast speakers are not compatible with previous EcoConnect Generation Speakers.
You can charge the EcoJourney using the included USB cable or AC adapter. The EcoJourney can be charged while playing audio. Once the EcoJourney is charged, you can use the USB output port to charge your personal device. Device charging rates are similar to the charging rate when connected to the USB of a desktop PC (about 3-hours for most smartphones, depending on device, battery specifications, etc.).
