You can pour water into the drip pan, and once it is hot, it will steam the food. The Solid Brass Valve and Bucket provide easy draining and disposal of the drip pan’s fluids. The Electronic Ignition System with a stainless steel gas collector box provides dependable starts. The Stainless Steel Dual Burner provides precise heat for both sides of the grilling area.
