The Cast Aluminum Drip Tray shields food from direct contact with the flame, reducing flare-ups and providing consistent heat. You can pour water into the drip pan, and once it is hot, it will steam the food. The Solid Brass Valve and Bucket provide easy draining and disposal of the drip pan’s fluids. The Electronic Ignition System with a stainless steel gas collector box provides dependable starts. The Stainless Steel Dual Burner provides precise heat for both sides of the grilling area. The Solid Brass Dual Valve provides separate left and right heat control from 250 to 500 degrees. The Stainless Steel Heat Indicator monitors the grill’s temperature. The Vents with Damper Slide provide further control of the grill temperature and added heat retention in cold and/or windy weather.
