It works like a grill, an oven, a roaster and a smoker, simply choose a cooking configuration to meet your needs and cook any recipe…from steaks to bread, to beef brisket. Primo combined a quality-controlled production process, exceptional glaze, and high-grade ceramics to create a grill that can withstand the test of time. Primo ceramics are an excellent insulator. The Nomex-based gasket is designed to handle the heat and lasts longer than a felt gasket. The oval design offers two-zone cooking, with the flexibility to grill with blazing heat on one side, while maintaining a lower temperature on the other for low and slow cooking. Grill steaks on the direct side and roast seafood or vegetables on the indirect side. The hinge design reduces the force needed to open the lid by 70%. The 6-position aluminum damper top allows for more precise temperature control and has a hood for all-weather grilling. The 5-position lower air control slider allows you to adjust the airflow into the bed of charcoal to precisely control the temperature in the grill. The large oval thermometer is accurate and easy to read from a distance. The stainless-steel cooking grate will not rust, is good for heat retention, and is easy to clean. The handle integrates retaining clips to help keep the ceramic top firmly in place. The powder coated hardware is scratch and rust resistant with superior weather durability. The durable side shelves provide plenty of room to set heavy platters or utensils and conveniently fold down for storage or transport. Convenient locking casters prevent movement yet allow easy movement when unlocked.
