Simply pour the lit charcoal from your Chimney Starter (sold separately) into the Char-Baskets, and grill on. Keep the baskets together in the center of the grill for direct heat, which is great for burgers, steaks, and vegetables. Move the baskets apart for indirect heat, which is great for whole chickens, roasts, turkeys, or ribs. Add a Foil Pan (sold separately) between the baskets to collect drippings and keep your grill clean.
