The durable, stainless-steel Weber Meat Temperature Probe measures -22°F to 572°F and is built to withstand the extreme heat of all-day grilling. It must be used with either a Weber iGrill or WEBER CONNECT device. It comes with a probe wrap for easy storage and organization, as well as four color-coded sleeves to identify the corresponding food. It can be cleaned using a damp towel or sanitary wipe. Don’t immerse the probe or wiring in water, and avoid getting liquid where the probe meets the wire.
