The electronic Touch-N-Go LP gas ignition system allows you to ignite charcoal with the push of a button. The porcelain-enameled lid and bowl retain heat for consistent temperature and even cooking. The finish also prevents rusting, cracking, and peeling while withstanding high grilling temperatures. The built-in lid thermometer displays the internal temperature of your grill so that you know when to adjust the heat. The rust-resistant aluminum damper allows for precision heat control. Closing the damper completely will cut off oxygen flow and will eventually extinguish the coals. The Tuck-Away Lid Holder allows you to conveniently slide the lid over to the side of the grill, and tuck it away, to avoid placing it on the ground while grilling.
